The Housing Adaptation Grant is available to people with a gross household income of up to €75,000 a year. Your local authority will assess your total household to find out if you qualify for the grant and the level of funding you will get. You will need to own the property and the home needs to be your main residence. You or someone in the household has a disability or mobility issue requiring the adaptation.
