Stair Lift Grants
Do you require a stairlift in your home but are worried about the cost involved? Did you know that there are housing adaptation grants available, often up to 100%, for the elderly and disabled, to assist with the cost of a stairlift? Grants can also go towards the cost of other necessary works including bathroom adaptations, ramps and railings, all of which we can supply to a high standard. The maximum grant available under this scheme is €30,000.

How To Apply for a Stairlift Grant
Housing Adaptation Grants for older people and people with a disability are available from your local council. We appreciate that many people don’t know where to even start which is why we help as much as we can by providing advice and help when it comes to filling in the forms. Grants are available to households whose gross household income does not exceed €60,000 per year. The total household income is assessed to determine if you qualify for the grant and amount available to help with the cost of work required. The maximum amounts may not always be fully granted and are subject to your local authorities funding availability.
